Converting Difficult hand drawn images into svg on Tinkercad

Normally, I have no issues converting files and getting them into Tinkercad. In this situation, someone sent me a file that was a snapshot of the image. I tried doing several things to convert the file into a workable svg, but it was not working. This is how I ended up getting it to work though.
