I agree with the other subscriber that suggest you start a truck business ! ( Do your research re license etc ) Go into the city / working area ! I use to work in the Wall Street area of NY .Trucks were also in the heart of Manhattan ! and that was where we got our delicious Jamaican lunches daily ! from the food truck! You could also go to the businesses, take samples, and speak to others and get lunch orders, ( Vegetarian etc ) then deliver . Perhaps know someone who work in that vicinity who could hook up you up with client. Start off by testing the waters . You are so talented and I just want to see you go to the top . Blessings

Totally optional but it makes the job less messy and more professional. Some cooks call it the "wet hand, dry hand" technique. One hand dips the chicken in the liquid. The other never touches the liquid and is used to toss the chicken in the dry coating. When you pick up from the dry mix to the liquid, use the wet hand. Simple and easy.
