The "Mcdougall" joke is actually pretty clever. If you want to use it on another video: the character K' is named as such because of a character from the VOTOMS novel called "Blue Knight Berserga Story" (it was popular back in the 90s in Japan for some reason). There, K' is a clone of the main character, Kain Mcdougall. So, when Khronen uses the Mcdougall surname, it's a callback to the very first story (Blue Knight), not the Akira-inspired one that K9999 became.
