This episode Huey preps and paints his SERIALNINE fenders along with using metal flake to hotboi his bash bar. We go through the steps of prepping the primer to laying down basecoat and clear. Spraying metal flake is pretty straightforward just mix it in with clear and try to spread out the flakes evenly.

Paint/Equipment used:
400g/600g sandpaper
3M Wetordry Sponge Pad
PPG Shop Line Low VOC Basecoat
Restoration Shop Low VOC Urethane Clearcoat
Painthuffer LSD Holographic Flake
Eastwood Concours LT100 paint gun 1.4mm tip for base/clear. 2.0mm tip for flake.

Maybe I’m dumb but when I’ve sprayed primer and it doesn’t lay flat I usually up the psi
