You tightened the front hubs way to much, Toyota specifies 10 inch pounds to turn the rotor with the bearings preset correctly. The easiest way to set it up at home is to hang a 1lbs bottle of water off a 1 ft screw driver across the lugs as a good quick and dirty method. Or you can destroy the bearings and the spindles and have to cut your shock lowers off and find new parts, it's up to you. I'm excited to see paint hit this car, it will look great with those brake boilers when it's done.
