DIY FM/AM Radio kit (CF210SP) | EEinACTION

This is a cool project that lets you practice electronic soldering.
Project Difficulty is Medium. The hardest point is to solder the surface mounted IC. The second challenge is to avoid any short circuit during soldering because the copper nodes are close to each others.
Little background knowledge is required in identifying electronic components as resistors and capacitors. Built time is around 2-4 hours depending on your skill (and some luck...). I was lucky that the Radio worked from the first time and I didn't need to check again the circuit. Usually the tuning capacitor with factory settings is ready to go but you can adjust the screws if you are not satisfied by the radio reception.

Couldn't get this to work. I have good soldering skills and tested all of the components except for ICs before installing them.
