Dan gives such a players perspective on things..The fact that you are not only playing young guys in the preseason to keep the regulars healthy..But it also gives the young guys to get some games on tape to hopefully land a job on another team if cut by the Lions...The nuance of why you do what you do...

We’re sooo deep up and down the roster, maybe our thinnest is wideout but still very dry strong. By far the deepest I’ve seen our roster in the 30 years of fandom. This season is going to be special!

The reality is that we have a great roster, which does mean that when we cut guys, we're cutting guys that can play on other teams. Good on Dan for giving these young men opportunities to put tape out there and also building this team.

I love seeing how both Nate Sudfeld and Hendon Hooker played better. I loved seeing how our 2nd and 3rd stringers are beginning to rise up. It’s preseason and it’s beautiful to see this about Detroit Lions 🦁 depth.

Quite a few rookie QB’s have been ruined by sending to soon . Even Dan realizes it. The kid needs developmental experience, before being thrown into a group of pro edges that would like nothing more than to take credit for putting you on the IR List.

I dunno if I missed it when it happened, but what was the reason Josh Reynold's left? Was it him paper chasing or what? That's the main guy we lost that dpesnt make sense in mind because of the chemistry with Goff and how solid he was for the most part

I think MCDC is the only one with faith in Sudfeld. If Goff goes down, time to fight for draft picks if Hendon isn't #2.

not sure, but was MCDC's last comments about Arnold? The discussion about Tarrion Arnold seemed to make Campbell start hemming and hawing a little and then abruptly end the conference. Anyone know whether Arnold's injury is more serious than it was originally reported to be?
