Dylan and Hunter (A Twin with Angelman Syndrome)

Earlier this year we met twin brothers named Hunter and Dylan. Hunter was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition that left him unable to walk and talk. Dylan intended to take care of his brother "from beginning to end".

I am saddened to announce that Hunter passed away early Thanksgiving morning. I wanted to publish this video once more to pay tribute to my friend Hunter and acknowledge his lasting impact.

We will always remember you Hunter. Thank you for teaching us all about unconditional love.

It’s very rare to see such a selfless person. We’re sort of hardwired to focus on our own lives, but Dylan seemed to treat Hunter’s life as his own. I hope Dylan is doing ok. My heart goes out to them.
