Alice Nyange - Customer Service Executive, Kenyatta Avenue Branch

From her narration, I&M Bank has had a transformational and far-reaching impact on Alice Mghoi Nyange’s life. In the 17 years since joining the Bank, the Customer Service Executive at our Kenyatta Avenue Branch has been actively involved in several CSR activities and following her appointment as Changemaker is tasked to infuse the values laid out by our Pamoja Culture Transformation Programme amongst the staff body. Further to this, Alice is Nairobi Region’s resident event MC owing to her formidable on-stage presence and ability to connect with audiences. She considers the high school scholarship the Bank recently awarded her teenage son the highlight of her career. He is one of many such beneficiaries who are chosen based on a unique combination of their academic performance and their parent’s performance in the workplace.

Nyange, a pioneer of our dedicated call centre speaks proudly of its evolution from a small six-person operation when she joined I&M Bank to a 24-hour, 48 man strong unit supported by cutting edge technology to facilitate the analysis of data and improve service, productivity, and efficiency.
