just to verify; did this work for your problem? My twin turbo has been hesitating under heavy acceleration as well (for a little while now) and just threw a P0492 insufficient air flow code at me yesterday for the first time. But i will be stoked if this fixes the hesitation problem!

Looks to me like you may have ripped the diaphragm with your screwdriver.

Hi bro....thanks again my porsche cayenne turbo V8 4.8L Already changed pcv part after fix it Around 1 week then check it again & removed air speartor hose still oil coming out what is the reason..what do u think

I think I have a similar issue on my 04 cayenne S. There’s a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Should I give this a try?

You stuck the screwdriver through the diaphragm. That wasn’t an issue before you did the damage. Lol
