If you can sign a highly talented teenager for £6.5m you do it. Even if he never plays for the first team you can develop him, loan him out and sell him at a profit. This is what Man City and Chelsea do and is how you can make the club more financially competitive. Arsenal have been terrible at doing this in the past and it has cost us.

As per my observation, Martinelli is more effective in the wings. We definetly need a established striker and we should use martinelli in the wings.

Martinelli on the left absolutely, we need a CF built for the PL, we haven't replaced Giroud, someone in that mould, who can hold, play with players around him and can head the ball

I absolutely believe we have lots aof goals on this team for to get us into the CL. The CM double pivot of Partey Xhaka is fundamental for that.

I think we must drop Odegaard and play Lacazette in no 10, this allows ESR10 to start LW and Martinelli can roam upfront. I think Odegaard has dropped a bit. Didn't look sharp after Dubai.

ESR10 Saka and Martinelli are our best options at goal. With Lacazette in no 10 and false 9 positions, you have a hardworking hold up play guru, able to sneak the lively boys through, and we know Lacazette can turn and shoot if left unattended, or win penalties, but he needs good lively mobile players around him to create that unsettling effect. Sometimes Odegaard is a bit slow for that to work. If we score early then you know you can get 75+ minutes of high intensity and energy from Lacazette before we make subs for the last 15/20 minutes.

So am really up for Martinelli upfront. ESR10 and Saka, these 3 are our best scorers.
