Download the file from the link above then open it,
You can also install it from PowerShell with this command :

How to sideload apk file ?
Download ADB SDK from the link above then extract it, open a windows terminal in the adb folder then type :
./adb connect 127.0.0.1:58526
./adb install path-to-your-apk-file
