Vance was a wolf in sheep’s clothing last night. He’s a skilled Ivy League debater. They’re trained for this. I hope people don’t fall for it. We all know he was putting on a nice guy act last night.

Vance is a manipulative grifter who's great at a deabte with light fact checking, but horrible with in-person interactions that aren't scripted and rehearsed, Walz on the other hand isn't great at debates, but his true and genuine colors show with in person interactions.

Rewatching the debate because I hate myself. Walz did fine and as much as we wanted him to go harder, I think most people liked the Minnesota nice approach it seems

Tim Walz is a sweet man, and he did not change his character. That consistency is important for people who voted for Bernie Sanders. Bernie Sanders is the most consistent lawmaker in Congress. Trump is NEVER consistent. Vance didn't take responsibility for his own words. It's always a dance. Tim Walz dances well. Goofy, but well.

On Walz's part, it really felt like the Harris team gave him way too much to try and cover. He was a football coach not a debate team leader. Give that man a single notecard with like 5 two-word bullet points on it, clap him on the shoulder and say "Go put him in his place Coach!". He would have performed much better. He was trying to remember too many things at once. Over all, I still think he did well.

Clearly Walz spoke to the AUDIENCE that he needed to communicate with. Vance is combative, he’s a liar, and he’s inexperienced to lead. Gov. Walz showed has the ability to be agreeable, knowledgeable, and NOT afraid to answer the questions. Vance is every gaslighting, mansplaing, know nothing we all know.

Whatever Walz's debate skills, he's a better campaigner than Vance. Vance seems to be doing damage control on a debate he supposedly won on 'technicals, ' while Walz is rallying well on the points he made about Vance being a poor safeguard against Trump's worst tendencies.
