I just hit 101 pounds lost in 362 days! I "celebrated" with my picture from last year to this year, timestamps included when I shared with my friends and family. It changes your life. It's all about mindset. But now I have so much extra skin it's hard to deal with some days. That takes a mental toll.

I do the classic lose weight and gain it back feeling like I can treat myself. That and the lose weight doing nothing but when I work out I barely lose anything. Constant flux between 220 and 240 pounds seems like my life.
