Hello, could you please explain this, at 24:08, the 4th question, why it is not Plusquamperfekt as hatte is used? And for 5th question, why isn't it future tense as she's talking about the future and also the verb vergessen is in infinity?

Hello sir. Thanks for the videos, I've found them very helpful especially for my oral. I wanted to ask for some advice. I did very well on my oral earlier in the year thanks to your older video and actually studying and practicing for it. I believe at the very worst I scored 15 out of 25 percent and that's at worst (I believe I've done better) despite that my leaving cert German exam is next week and honestly I'm not prepared. I've never been good at languages so I've been lazy in preparing and now when practicing questions I relaize I'm very far behind. I can't get the reading comp right my listening is unprepared for and I don't even know if I can understand most of the questions on the letter. I know your unfamiliar with me, but I was wondering how likely would a weak student be able to just pass the exam. I've practiced the ordinary level reading comprehension and consistently score over 80 percent. I'm unsure if I should drop down or try my best to score 15 percent out of the 75 on the exam that I would need to pass . Any advice?
