And I forgot to ask you that whenever I try to meditate I become fearful of ghosts, etc but I still carry it on. And after a few minutes something feels like it's moving up out of top of my head. A weird sensation (pulse-like) It's a good feeling which intoxicates. What could this be? Should I stop?
