Hi ya love your vlogs, I can’t find the answer to my question anywhere thought you might know, I’m going to be doing some 3d printing and getting an iMac as my main computer, as the 3d printer needs an sd card for the files and the iMac doesn’t have a slot for one how do I get the files on the sd card? I just can’t work it out 🤷‍♀️ thanks.

Great video. Always confused why people that use Notion also use a separate task manager. You clearly love Notion and are dependant upon it, why can you not manage your tasks within it? I am not a notion so would like to understand the boundaries

Notion sounds a lot like a Windows productivity tool I used way back when (before I saw the Apple light and became a dedicated Mac user) called Info Select. It was sort of like creating a series of Post-It notes and then locating them with random word searches. Really useful little tool.

Daft question, then - because you’ve recommended Spark before - but I’ve long used Outlook (as part of Office 365); so, what would you say makes Spark better than Outlook - or is it just personal preference? Outlook seems to work for me, but I’ll happily try anything if I think it’ll improve my processes.

Also: Notion is quite brilliant, I agree. I’ve been using it more and more in the last 12 months.

Is there a particular reason for not using Notion as your todo list?

Absolutely love Notion. Bit of a learning curve for first time users but once I got the hang of the features, it was such a great tool for me to manage my work and deadlines.

Why use spark over all other apps? I think it’s copying superhuman which I currently use….(Spark currently have new bugs as well when replying to emails.) I like notion and use it as well. What about spotlight and browser, clipboard copy and search engine.. are you using default ones?

I’m trying Notion for the third time. Just doesn’t seem to fit how my mind works. I switched from Things back to Reminders. I like Spark but I don’t ever actually send emails. But it works great for the reasons you listed.

Do you use a calendar app? I'm using Outlook for email which I like for mail and calendar feature, but I like the simplicity and clean-ness of Spark so maybe I'll switch over. Does Spark have any calenar/appointment integrations?

Brain FM will work on any smart phone, not just iPhone. Works well on my Pixel 7 and it will also work on your Mac or tablet. Just everywhere. Just in case anyone was put off by thinking it was iPhone only.
