I managed to get 250% BE without any supports or break rope, 85% EHR and 130 Spd without Spd Boots (pretty sure I had Crit Rate body as well). Just put Jiao’s LC on her. The only downside is that she needs to hit a Fire Weak enemy to make the Sphere+Rope effect hit that amount, which is why I run her with Silverwolf. Would’ve used Firefly but I don’t have her and am saving for Mydei. Skipping a whole patch for him.

She's also a support for himeko too, so it's better to build her two ways, one for break team and one for hypercarry team

If u have a really good Thief set, It's better to go Thief + MoC LC for insane back to back Ult ESPECIALLY in PF
