Tandoori Gobi
Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 no
Gram flour - 1/4 cup
Curd - 300ml
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Lemon - 1 no
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Oil

Method:
1. Take a pot, add water and bring it to boil and add 1 med sized cauliflower into pieces. Gently boil for 2 minutes. When parboiled, remove the cauliflower from the boiling water and keep it aside.
2.Dry roast 1/4 cup of besan or gram flour in a saucepan till you get a nutty aroma.
3.For marinate. Take a glass jar, add 300ml of curd, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 cup of roasted gram flour, juice of 1 lemon and mix everything together with 1 tsp of kasoori methi.
4.Now, pour the marinade over parboiled cauliflower and mix it all together.
5.Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
6.Take a wide saucepan, pour oil and tawa fry the marinated pieces.
Tandoori Gobi is ready to be served.
