It works, but you need an ambulance to use the stretcher, and it needs to be in the ambulace in the ER. But, I'm imagining the coolest police chase ever.

This happened to me and I unequipped the stretcher to see if that would fix it but um the patient started to float off the ground 😂

It’s great but the mission can’t be finished because you can’t drop off patients when you are on foot so you still need an ambulance
