Lol I love that they had a space for the not included pocket clip in the packaging.

Leatherman custom shop would have taken so much of my money, I can't believe they haven't done it. Dlc, s30v, custom tools.

Stay up that little bit later with me and this elaborate new microphone test

That maniacal upside down face shot of a milk-first cereal pourer had me laughing my ass off so hard, I had to pause the video to write this comment! Brilliant!

I've also been saying that Leatherman needs to make custom tools. They don't even have to use an existing model, just design a new one with that in mind. I don't see how a company as big as Leatherman can't do this

Uncle Dennis needs a bottle of cheap whiskey not a multi-tool.

Your description of Uncle Dennis has me feeling both seen and called out.. I should buy a Leatherman bond..

Leathermans are in a weird spot for me. On the one hand, I love that they've reduced workplace injuries in my industry (I build sets for TV and movies and they reduce the up and down on ladders to get a tool and so on). On the other hand, they are a long way from delivering a tool that is worth the money they ask. I respect them, but they need to stop fingerblasting their own assholes on our dime.

As Fathers Day approaches here in Australia your video reminds me of an incident a couple of years ago walking through the shops and my wife pointing to a Leatherman Tread in the cabinet of Mister Minute and asking me if I would like that for Fathers Day; I still haven't stopped laughing. Please help me stop the hysterical laughter and turn my laughter in a slightly sad set of ha, ha ... ha, ha, ha's by telling me someone actually bought one of those Treads, like for real, not just as a review or to test it out. Did anyone buy one of those things and wore it daily? Love the idea of the custom store, it gets a big YES, YES, YES from me!

When used correctly a knife doesn't need a lock 👌 that aside, slipjoint mechanisms last decades for a reason

I'm good with my Rebar
The x-acto knife attachment would be AWESOME

The Crunch is the best tool for me. The ability to lock it and go hands free or lock it onto a hacksaw blade I cut to fit in the pouch. (I also have a piece of file as well).

This looks like a nice simple tool that might be my first Leatherman, once I get some surplus income.

Pete, I can't agree with you more with your Leatherman Custom Shop idea. I'd be prepared to pay more for a Leatherman if I could design one with the tools I actually need.

Honestly, I would have liked a wharncliff style blade

That would solve the blade opening issue, and I love that blade shape

I love the bond living in the UK it's great for our stupid knife laws I just wish it came with the clip ....but it's nice and light and perfect for the pocket
