Eggless Instant Pancake Mix ! Rs. 50 Only v/s Rs. 240 for market product. Just add wet ingrdients

All you got to do is add water or milk along with melted butter & vanilla essence.

1 cup Maida
1 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Powdered or Caster Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 & 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Milk Powder

For 1/2 cup Mix , add 1/2 cup milk , 1 tsp melted butter & 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence (You can also add powdered vanilla flavour to the mix)

- Do not over mix the batter.
- Cook on medium-hot flame & pour the pancake in one go, DO NOT SPREAD LIKE A DOSA
- Once it has bubbles, flip and cook on the other side & cook for just a few more minutes.
