Hey, Kristy, I cut my “bad” paintings into 1/4 inch strips then weave them into mats. Then I Laminate them with matte Contac paper brand clear covering. The size I end up with depends of course on the size of the paper when it was whole. I use them under my water jars on my painting desk. I could even use them under small planters to protect furniture or use as coasters. Paper costs too much to waste so I will be trying your suggestion of making a collage and can’t wait till November 19th!

I've done this with students for years and they love it, it reminds me of Eric Carle in a way :) Plus the kids who think they "suck at art " end up making some beautiful collages!

That's such a cool idea. I have lots of watercolour backgrounds where I was just playing with it and this would be perfect to use them.
