Plottwist: The woman was actually a sick stalker who tried hurting the kids. That would exlpain why she literally stalks the kids, doesn't seem to give a fck about how they are and why she sends that loud sh*t to his phone while he's trying to climb a tree and was about to fall off (she knew that after all because of that weird app). The last scene is played backwards. the kids were actually trying to run away from her without turning their back towards the woman.
