i have tried this. Exact recipe. The taste is a bit heavy - not to everyone to understand. Honestly, just 10 min 100C smoking of salmon + s&p + olive oil is x10 better. imho. Anyway, thanks for recipe - tried something new ;)

Isn't there a food safety issue with this? Meathead is pretty unequivocal on not smoking under 200F.
