Looking how to make Salmon Pastrami at home then follow this recipe!

Ingredients:

1 Salmon side
1Tbsp Black peppercorn
1Tbsp Mustard seeds
1Tbsp Coriander seeds

3Tbsp Treacle
1Tbsp Smoked paprika
1Tbsp Cayenne pepper

30g Sugar
35g Salt

Garnish:
Watercress
Gherkins
Rye bread
Creme fraiche or sour cream

1) Mix salt and sugar and evenly sprinkle on salmon to cure for 6 hours.
2) Toast mustard seeds, peppercorn and coriander seeds. Leave to cool then bliz.
3) Warm up treacle and mix with smoked paprika and cayenne pepper.
4) Rinse salmon and patdry. Then brush with treacle and sprinkle with seeds.
5) Leave in the fridge overnight.
6) Garnish with watercress, creme fraiche, gherkins and rye bread.
