Tells you to ignore all the stuff the test strips, test for, except for nitrates...

Nitrates are not toxic………I change some water when I hit 80……………my African cichlids are old….and often reproduce…..…so time proves my philosophy on this. Not sure why everyone gets crazy over nitrates.
