Yealink stood out as clear winner for me. Great video!

I was very surprised to have picked the Yealink as the clear winner for me. It had by far the least amount or artefacts. Some manufactures seemingly forgot, that the task is NOT to have the least amount of noise, but to bring out the user's voice so it can be understood best. The human ear/brain is more than happy to accept some residual noise but gets very annoyed by robot voices with lots of artefacts. Some contenders clearly had different priortities.

Great vid! Can you do one with loud birds/parrots in the background? Seriously - that would be awesome!!

Ha, perfect noise environment for testing those headsets. BH72 sound good

Great video. Subjectively - a respectable performance from all of the headsets, aside from EPOS and Logitech.

Hello! Really hope you get this. I make videos here on YouTube and so need excellent sound quality but also need noise cancelling so that I can record almost anywhere without having to worry about dogs, cleaning in the background etc.
Pls advise the best options. I was looking at blackwire 8225 but is there better?

Interesting... Is it just me or is the only one that doesn't sound like it's clipping from talking too loud the Yealink BH72? Very happy to see my own daily driver - the Poly 5200 UC - do so well.

I noticed (by watching the waveform on your mobile) that you were overdriving the audio on 5 of the 11 test units. That will result in distorted audio in all environments, noisy or quiet. I'd like to see the same sort of test wherein the input level was optimized for each of the models. Clearly the default level was optimal for some and suboptimal for others. Not a fair test of voice quality though pretty effective in comparing noise cancellation.

Hey, can you guys do a review particularly the mic quality and Call quality of the new Jabra Talk 65?

Yealink - hands-down winner for calls but based on buyer reviews - music sounds garbage on them and it does no have active noise cancelling for the cans when listening to music, nor does it support Bluetooth aptX.

Great video, i liked shokz bone conduction headset. Voice sounded clear through these.

What bluetooth headset for phone calls would you suggest if mic quality is the first priority and budget is 150$ max? I don't even care about noise cancellation, I just want the other end to hear me clear enough... I work at a small quiet office. I will connect the headset to my Bluetooth 5.0 phone and my PC (which is connected to a phone center) and carries a dedicated Bluetooth 5.0 Intel PCI card. In my country (Greece) Poly Voyager 5200 costs 90€ so that's my best consideration. I am making around 20 calls per day and I am one the phone for some hours per day at least. I also considered BlueParrot M300-XT because I believe the mic quality is a tad better but I am not sure. I also checked Jabra Talk 45. Thanks for your time, your channel is professional and exceptional overall!!

Yealink, for sure. Really impressed with the ability to block out that background sound, crazy. Still, I hear the voice sounding slightly robotic, does the noise cancelling somehow cancel out some part of our voices when we use these? Is there some scientific explanation?

I'm an English teacher, in the last two years, all of my work has moved online, one thing I really value is microphone clarity. My current setup is just a logitech gaming headset, which is perfect in quiet environments.

However! We are planning to buy an RV and travel around Spain (my current home) and I know that there will be noise from my 2 dogs or 2 babies. These are a great solution for that, but is there not something on the market that can be used to isolate only my voice? I think someone told me a while back about a close talking microphone? Thoughts?

Great video, great energy, very enjoyable. Subd

Yealink is better, but I notice that during the test of Yealink, the background is no music playing like others.

May I ask a question? I just purchased the Poly 4320 UC for myself (based my decision on this video -thanks!). I tested it "without" background noise and it sounded good. But, I then purposely added a variety of background noise, and it did not cancel any of it. You could hear everything in the recording. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to do anything special to activate or increase the background noise cancellation?
Also, if you're interested, I volunteer my birds as tribute if you want to use them in future vids :)

Hi I work in a home office using MS Teams. I share my office with another person and even though we have a partition in between us my headset picks up his voice extremely clearly. They could be doing roadworks outside and the caller wont hear the really loud roadworks but if the other person gets a call they can hear every word they say like they were in the call with us! I have a Plantronics C5220T that was given to me by work. Any recommendations? I am not worried about cost I just really don't want the mic to pick up other people talking!! Your help would be so appreciated!
