Mic on Voyager 4220 sounds a bit better to me. The Voyager Focus 2 UC has somewhat of overdrive, while Voyager 4220 sounds clear.

From a Mic noise-canceling perspective, Poly 4220 is top tier. Perhaps do another review for "King: of Mic noise-canceling" composed of wireless headsets (Bluetooth or DECT) handpicked from different brands; Discover, Jabra, Epos, Yealink, etc. For Poly, I would nominate 4220. Then declare an ultimate champion :)
