Who pays for these rescuers probably volunteers but they still have the expense of getting to the site, anyone who ventures into caves, go up mountains skiing when they know there’s danger to them selfs and other people should be made to take compulsory insurance also people who ride bicycles on the public road should also be included, the accidents caused by bikes is shocking yet they walk away Scot free .
