Calculating Pressure In Partial Pressure Of Gases (PSI & Bar)

Partial Pressure Blending Part 1

Calculating the Pressure of O2 in a gas mixture is a simple process, and as divers, we can utilize this calculation to help us blend any particular blend of gas needed for a dive.

Looking forward to following along. Great subject matter and well presented. Hopefully newer divers will understand the importance of knowing versus assuming. Very important to understand ppo and ppn when doing several dives a day and how it relates to saturation

Okay okay not that I particularly need to know but I know somebody is bound to ask what happens if you have a dual tank configuration bonded with a manifold and you are partial pressure feeling the tanks to 02 clean standards lol... Do you calculate total volume in PSI for both cylinders or isolate them and calculate them individually

Why would you need to know partial pressure? What applications would you use different gasses and partial pressure

150 psi is equivalent to how many bar or cubic meter?

Presented well, Bryan, as usual. I assume in the next video you will explain "why" it is important to know that if I have a 3000# cylinder with 32% nitrox that equates to 960# of oxygen. As I watched I kept asking myself, "yea, but why would I care?"
