As a Bosnian, our biggest problem is corruption, which is so inefficient that you never even know who or how many people you need to bribe to get anything done.

The main reason is corruption and nepotism, not only among politicians but in society in general. Lack of self criticism. Bosnian people like to only blame corrupted politicians when people themselves are corrupted
