Hi! I made meme compilation video without edit, put text or narrate over the video, and just got refuse with Youtube Partner Program. Next time I make video, I will do it and reapply again. But my question is, do Youtube still judge my old video which I uploaded raw and give me demonitized again or they just only check the newer edit, voice over one? Can I private my old video and let them check the new one?

Many channels are blurring logo of others video and using it with thier own voiceover so can i use it with my voiceover and adding 10-15% contribution to it by blurring moving logo in whole video or by giving credit in video itself but will i get copyright strike with their logo in my video
