Hi, first of all, let me say that this is the most comprehensive video I have seen on the topic so, good job. Then, I am a musician and I have a Meditation Music channel and I would like to underline some issues on this kind of channel that you didn't cover. Being hypothetically chill/relaxing/meditation music, no one plays this kind of video in the background for hours with ads interrupting the vibe or the atmosphere. So yes, they have millions of views, but it comes mostly from users with ad-blockers that love this kind of video, but obviously, they found a way to bypass the ads. The views are counted, but they are not monetized because the ads did not start and never add to the count of the monetization. The long videos are just loops played over and over again. Usually are a 1/2 minute loop, not full songs. Practically on paper, they are big channels, but the real money... not that good.

I've listened to some of the long videos and they are basically on a loop. You could make 5 minutes of music and loop that for 8 hours! And the content isn't that hard all you need is a loop of atmospheric foley like rain or birds chirping a relaxing synth pad sound and some non distracting ear candy like swoosh sounds or bell chimes randomly placed throughout. Maybe some low level human voices like chanting or praying sounds. Humanising music with vocals always draws people in. Nothing distracting, you want the vibe as inoffensive to the ear as possible so no abrupt sounds or quick changes in tempo or key. And if you can make 5 minutes of that then you can loop it for 8 hours and people seem to love that! Honestly i don't think any of these 8 hour music videos have more than 5 minutes of actual music in them they are all looped. And if its for sleeping then for obvious reasons. I think the only part you wouldn't want on a loop is the foley. You would soon realise the birds song is on a loop because it has variety. So that can be an hour. But your best bet for the full RELAX is rain. Something gental with distant thunder or just plain water running like a water fall or stream. You will get away with less loop time for that. This has got me thinking!😂

Good Video, Bro!! One comment - With AIVA one needs to calculate the ROI based on the RPM you explained and make sure it is worth. Other options such as Soundraw or Mubert are worth checking but again, the ROI has to make sense.
