DRDO, HAL, ISRO should avoid reservation at few critical departments and should recruit and train the best talents from grass root level.
Our Engineers won’t be maintaining these flights as they won’t be using spanner or do manual labour due to their ego.
Other less critical departments can be used to fill reservation candidates.

An overhauled fighter gets crashed is somewhat a matter of sincere investigation. Hope the issue is not with upgrade but with something else, as Super Sukhoi is important for IAF.

In the 70 year period from 1952 to 2021, the Indian Air Force lost 2374 aircraft due to plane crashes, including 1126 fighter jets and 1248 non combat aircraft including transport planes. In addition, 229 training planes and 196 helicopters also crashed.

Fortunately, the pilots were safe and the crash happened during testing sortie. Hope, this issue gets resolved as we can't afford to lose more fighters like this.
