"A win-win situation" is a synonym of "Positive sum game" I guess. And, "zero sum game" is it's antonym.

However, Positive sum game is often used in economics books. Especially, when someone is addressing two trades which it's two parties will have make profit at it's ultimate point. Then, It's antonym (zero sum game), is used in addressing a business which it's part A will have make profit but part B will not.
