Sir, one doubt
If X enters into a contract with Y and admitts the execution of the contract. But there is no evidence to show the invalidity of the contract on the ground that it was not attested and registered as required by law. Whether the oral evidence is admissible to contradict the execution of the contract?

Sir, one Doubt For another purpose for security we stated that in the registered sale agreement amount of Rs11.50Lakhs received before in cash at various occasions and if he provides the balance 50thousand within 3years the sale is completed.But no cash have been received by us.Does our oral evidence "he has not given amount for this" will be admitted and also he has no receipts regarding the transactions we received that cash amount of 11.50lakhs.Does the prooving of all contents in the documents is must or the document itelf enalf evidence to prove for the cash amount received eventhough no receipts and records with him is not available.
