मॅडम आपने बहोत अच्छे तरीके से पढाया।
दुसरी बात- ये कैसा कानून है जो 4th proviso में एक तरफ कह रहा है कि ओरल एग्रीमेंट रिटन एग्रीमेंट का कंटीन्युएशन नही होगा; और दूसरी तरफ तो ओरल एग्रीमेंट के द्वारा रिटन एग्रीमेंट मे मोडीफिकेशन, चेंजेस लाते है ऊसको कंन्सीडर किया जायेगा। ये क्या बात हुई। ये तो कंटिन्यूएशन ही हुआ ना?

Aapko bahut bahut dhanyawad mam, kai sate videos dekhe section 91 aur 92 k lekin clear kisi ne nahi kar paya thik se, sirf aap hi acche se samjhaye hain. Agar aapka koi paid courses ho jo sare subjects cover karein judiciary k propose se to please let me know😇😇❤️
