One small mistake is that 99% of the time, it's w max then q max for urgot, as well as getting rank 2 q at level 4 since the base damage nearly triples (25 to 70) and you still get w max at level 9. Plus since q is a shorter cooldown than e you more often than not get to use 2 Qs in a fight while you don't get to use E 2 times so the extra damage and slow is always nice
