Use supers if you drive your car normally and don't do much track driving. You wont notice as much of a difference driving the speed limit with turbos

I like Turbos more than superchargers but on some cars, that supercharger just works well and fits with the design of the car better. A torque monster can be just so much fun.

One thing to mention is that a super charger gets its power from the engine before it goes to the wheels. Turbo uses the energy from the expelled exhaust.

Another point- I can go out in my garage and change my pulley size then belt myself, you have to go to a tuner and normally pay to have it tuned. But I agree turbo is better for more top speed

torque is alot more important then hp my friend. Unless you're planning on going well over 200mph then turbo it. but seeing as you won't be supercharge it and just away hard on turbo cars

Turbos need setting up properly whereas a supercharge is almost just bolted on

Don’t forget if it’s not a complete track car or a toy that it gets better fuel mileage with a turbo

Rule of thumb if all you want is rolling pulls and drag strip action buy a turbo, if your doing road course or anything that requires being in different gears at different times save yourself the trouble of keeping it in boost and buy a supercharger.

Turbo is theoretically more efficient as daily driver because you only get the power when needed. Supercharger are always driven by the engine crankshaft, though some setups may have a clutch mechanism to disable the supercharger when not needed.
