When JESUS got your back no demon can touch you that’s how I feel like on this scene. Our Jesus is awesome.

I like how accurate they portrait him here, humble, merciful, full of grace and with authority. .

This scene said more without using any words that with words. She reaches out for Jesus at his feet, He reaches out to her hand to pull her up. That is where God is. We keep reaching for His feet and God reaches down to our hand.

I didn’t realise how symbolic this story really was until recently when I saw someone explaining it from the perspective that this woman is reaching out to be saved by the only man there that could condemn her.

“He who has never sinned, let him cast the first stone.”

Yeshua had every right according to law to cast that first stone on the adulteress. And yet, He chose not to. There is truly no greater act of mercy than this.

Powerful scene! Remember, although God showed mercy, if you follow the scripture, he said, go and sin NO MORE. People forget that when they talk about not judging and God showing mercy. We all need grace and mercy but not to continue in sin, rather to mold into Christ in our life and behavior.

When she looked up, she saw a wonderful face. A face filled with love..., love that she had never seen before! At Jesus' feet!

This has to be my favorite scene (besides the resurrection of course). It just shows with minimal efforts how effective, loving and powerful Jesus can be. Praise He who has conquered death. Praise Jesus The Messiah!

This scene is very telling. The music, sounds filling in, yet no words. This moment that changed her life, is special to her. She was facing death. Jesus saw who she was and who she could be. His rescue of her and Him calling to the hypocritical thoughts of her accusers, is telling as a judge of the heart. He knows our inner most being. As she bows at His feet knowing she can never pay back the gift given, He reaches for her with a look of confidence and grace in His eyes. That is the gift we can receive as He reaches out to us.

'Then neither do I judge you.' Mercy part. 'Now go and sin no more.' Judgment part.

One of the amazing thing I noticed in this part of the Bible when Jesus said "He who has no sin throw the first stone."
The only one that has no sin in that place is Jesus himself and instead to stone the woman he reaches out to her and forgave her. Kinda reminds me of how God can easily remove us from the face of the earth because of our sins but instead He gave us Grace and unconditional love. We are not worthy at all but He still loves us.

Beautifully done with no words.

A microcosm of Christ’s Love. I don’t deserve His Mercy….or His Grace but He extends both to me regardless. For what I did I deserved to die but He spared my life and died in my place. He sure didn’t have to do it, but I’m glad He thought I was worth saving.

As a man, I haven't cried for a movie in a long time. But faith related content makes me weep. I don't know what's happening to me
