I've seen that STRONGER volume entries happen when you trade with the trend..but also if you risk correctly, you could capitalize very big with counter trend trades but you MUST be careful going against the trend.
BOTH ways can work.

He is right I have been counter trading with some success . Then I switched to trend trading with more success and more money .. MORE MONEY in TREND trading just my opinion.. Understand this you see more ppl selling reversal / counter trend / scalping programs . Not so much of trade with trade trend programs . ITS TO EASY!!

I trade reversal from daily demand or supply zones so I swing trade.

Let's say your process is your decision maker to buy or sell so let's just call that your research.
Then there is the opposite of your research.
Now create a trend with those two aspects.
The trend is either going with your research or the opposite of your research.
Keep track of that very carefully
