Are you a fan of neuroscience? Are you curious about how our brain works? The nervous system? And the psychology of how our brain functions? Cognitive psychology was one of my favourite psychology class in my undergraduate studies, and these are the 10 interesting psychology facts that I remember. Did you know: brain is more creative when you're tired, doing new things change how you perceive time, stress can change size of brain etc.

1. Your brain is more creative when you’re tired! 😴
2. You can change your perception of time by doing new things! 🕰
3. Stress can change the size of your brain! 😫
4. Brain activity can power a (small) lightbulb! 💡
5. Your brain repeats thousands of thoughts! ✨
6. Short term memory can last between 20-30 seconds. 🙎‍♀️
7. Humans don’t only use 10% of their brain! (When sleeping we use more than 10%). 💤
8. Some headaches are a result of chemical levels changing! 😰

Extra fact: yawning helps calm down your brain (as sleep deprivation increases the temp. of your brain).
