A bit of a no-brainer to point out, but another thing to keep in mind is whether your drawing program has a layer limit or not. It's a real pain to find out that you can't finish your model because the software you're using doesn't let you. For instance, procreate has a layer cap that depends on your canvas size and memory left for the project, while ibis does not. Just something I'd like to share lol, great video!!

I was really trying to find a video for the DRAWING part of vtubing and everyone seems to only want to talk about rigging and layer separation 😂 So I really REALLY appreciated this breakdown. It's super informative and easy to understand and follow along (which for my adhd ass is important haha!)

QUICK TIP: If you're cutting and pasting something and you want it to stay in the same place, in Photoshop the command is CTRL/Command + Shift + V.

This was by far the most straight to the point tutorial I’ve seen! Not one of the tutorials I’ve watched explain canvas dimensions, something I wasn’t even aware you had to pay for in live2d. I used krita and Live2D as my main resources! It only took me 2 weeks to finish my fully rigged model as well. The time really depends on your experiencee or how much effort you want to put in your model~
