They're really milking out these dairy videos. I'm sorry, that was cheesy.

Hmm that's weird, the comment section doesn't have as much arguments as usual. Just really weird comments. I must be early.

Who came up with the idea of eating yogurt and cheese? "This rotten milk stinks, let's try eating it!"

Right when I have a spoonful of yogurt in my mouth, I see this.

Quick question, knowing that when most animals display their teeth it is a sign of aggression; how come when humans show their teeth (through smiling) it's usually a sign of happiness?

More practical info:- first heat to 190F to kill off excess bacteria, etc (do not boil)- let it cool to 110F, then add some yogurt you like- let it ferment for at least 8 hours and that yogurt will grow, etc. and the entire thing will thicken and you'll have yogurt.  The longer the time, the tangier.- strain through something like cheesecloth and you'll have Greek yogurt and whey, the liquid.

I believe that it's very important that schools and/or science, specifically biology lessons clarify that not all bacteria isn't bad. I think this is important because I was terrified of yogurt until I was 8 because I read the nutrition facts/ingredients when I was 4. Embarrassing story? Yes. Uncommon as a fear? Yes but, I bet kids are confused when they read that then decide not to eat it.

Probiotics worked for me. I used to be on a daily antacid and had stomach pain before and after meals. It all stopped a week after I started taking a probiotic.

You should talk about nitrogen fixing bacteria. Those are super useful for life.

What's the difference between pink Himalayan salt and standard salt? Why is it healthier?
Thank you!

My mom makes fermented milk by adding a spoon or two of yoghurt and mixing it. She lets it cool down in the fridge and in about a few hours to a day, I eat homemade yoghurt.😃😃
