does one need to be connected to wifi for apple connect? for instance, if i were in the woods with 2 cameras and a director monitor, do i need to be on wifi for the Directors monitor to get a signal from a and B Cam?

I had a question about an external recorder. If I set my camera to record in HDR PQ will the external recorder also record the “virtual assistant” lut that is applied in-camera?
