We drive east coast to Colorado across I-70 and 64 several times a year. We finally broke down and bought an electric ice chest. Best decision ever! It has a converter plug where you can plug it into a normal electric outlet in a building and then it just plugs into your car while driving. I would highly recommend purchasing one for your travels.

Love ketchup chips! Hard if not impossible to find. Pro tip for those in need! Take two Pringles, put a tiny amount of ketchup on one, put the other on top so it's like a little sandwich and voila, ketchup chips!
Granite, Cedar and Forest remind me of my own two children growing up, smart, inquisitive, kind and a joy to be around. Anytime a new parent asks for advice what I tell them is... Children and babies are incredibly mobile, you can bring them anywhere and everywhere! Enjoy your children and have fun!
