This would be wonderful for a picnic! I am definitely going to make this. I add a little evaporated milk to my potato salad make it stay moist. I have never added meat to it so this Prrsian salad will be something different! ( oh my, I am surprised! I think this potsto salad is the first and only Persian recipe I have seen without saffron in it! )
