canon dustbelief has one phase, disbelief has four, but due to dustbelief having KR + better damage, dustbelief could pull of some real strong combos. Including phantom dust sans help. But Disbelief, is a literal tank as shown in the animation, he tanks 1624 damage, and that BARELY chips his HP. with this information, dustbelief would need to literally use up everything in his inventory, except that still wouldnt do anything to disbelief most likely. Disbelief claps dustbelief real hard. Fanon dustbelief, the 5 phased one, stops disbelief beyond repair. I'll explain both abilities for dustbelief and disbelief
Disbelief: 4 phases
Phases 1 disbelief: he's able to block 1000 hp 24 atk 24 defence bones blasters blue and orange bones /blasters
Lots of stamina
Phases 2: 2 sharp bones for combat bone and blaster spam box break and change box
Phase 3: he can summon sans and undying which makes him have 2 other helpers so bones spears blasters green soul blue soul basket balls tennis
Phase 4: bones basket ball cool dude 2 large bones and normal special papyrus attack
Dustbelief: bones swords spears fire trident blasters and the power of SPAM and dustbelief also has more iq and battle iq and more experience and has all the underground ablities
Phantom dust sans:helps dustbelief he is unkillable and has bones, blasters, telekinesis, teleportian and fire

Well if they fight with “The player” Dust stronger but if they fight each other Dis stronger since he can do karma damage to Dust and deal huge amounts of damage

If we use Dustbelief Papyrus Rebirth scaling, Dustbelief takes all and one shots
Strength: Picked up Greater Dog's arm and threw it on him so hard that Greater Dog fell from high place, breaks walls with a single kick
Speed: Hasn't shown much speed feats so far
Agility: Dodged attacks of Undyne The Undying
IQ: Hes a true genius, powered up colored tiles puzzle with Electrosphere, aimed his bone attack at Stick carefully, despite barely being able to see him (AND DID A HEADSHOT), was smart enough to ride a part that looks like surfing board, so he can surf safely to other side of Waterfall, caused a giant crystal fall on Frisk, killing them on purpose, placed traps in all of his puzzles to slow down Frisk, I can go far longer
Battle IQ: Attack them, dodge, use gaster blaster, slam them on ground with Blue Soul, use special attack
Experience: Murdered most of Snowdin, Waterfall and Undyne The Undying
Feats: Like I said, kind of defeated Undyne The Undying (except he was knocked out at end, making Sans revive himself and finish job)
Durability: Can tank attacks from Undyne despite being at half health
Endurance: Can endure pain of a slash from LV 19 Frisk (the part where he remembered Sans)

Speed to disbelief? For what he didnt even dodged or was fast reacting while dustbelief can dodge and was pretty fast in encounter 1
Iq to disbelief? They literally same but dusbelief got more knowledge about determination
Durability to disbelief is just strange bc dustbelief can do all and even more that disbelief can
So dustbelief would won at any aspect
