I'm thinking that "ultra-processed red meat" and "ingredients not found in nature" are the key phrases here. Simple curing of all kinds of meat, fish and fowl has gone on for literally thousands of years. The increase in dementia rates is a phenomenon of modern chemical-industrial society.
